Desktops and Laptops
We provide support for most desktop systems, including computers and laptops. We can provide imaging services, deployment, upgrades/updates as well as install applications and anti-virus software. We support all Windows operating systems, including Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. We also support and configure desktops using various versions of Linux.
We can assist in the selection, integration and implementation of most business Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications, including backend database integration and installation and configuration of client access, whether it is a desktop client or web-based access. We can assess your current operation, and evaluate the effectiveness of your software portfolio to determine the best product(s) for your business, based on your needs and budget.
Help desk / Customer Services
Whether you have an internal Information Technology (IT) department or just one guy supporting you on technical issues, we can provide additional support at your facility or in your home or office on a case by case basis. We can introduce and provide reviews of some low cost help desk solutions, including integration into your existing network or home office.
At this time, we do not provide 24/7 support options, although we are looking into partnerships with other firms that provide those services. We do have a very knowledgeable team of IT professionals who are experienced with the implementation of effective help desk and desk side customer service solutions provided within your budgetary requirements.
We also have experience supporting legacy systems, including Windows 2000 through 2008 servers, and can assist in upgrading these systems to a current operating system or integrating them into a virtual environment, whether it is VMWare, or Hyper-V or bare metal. Believe it or not, we recently upgraded an MS-DOS application in use more than 25 years!
