Bronze IT Support Service


When you purchase this product, you receive one (1) hour of  Information Technology Support for $80.00, according to the following terms of use:

  • This service cannot be provided to new clients. An IT Support Contract must first be purchased in advance.
  • The IT Support Contract includes two (2) hours of onsite IT Support for any future need for any business need at any time.
  • An Information Technology Specialist will contact you for details of your request.
  • A service or support ticket will be created listing your designated point of contact person.
  • A support technician will contact you to schedule the onsite visit(s), based on availability.
  • When approved, the support technician will arrive at the designated time at your location, and ask for the designated point of contact person.
  • Within the stated limits, your purchased hour(s) can be redeemed towards any support request or service need.
  • All onsite visits redeemed using these hours must be pre-approved, and scheduled at least twenty four (24) hours prior to the day(s) onsite.
  • These hours are redeemable between the hours of 8 am PST and 4 pm PST any day of the week except Sunday, OR
  • Between the hours of 4 pm PST and 11:59 pm PST the same day, any day except Sunday.
  • This service is only redeemable within a 100 mile range within Los Angeles County, California.
  • A maximum quantity of forty (40) hours can be purchased in any week for support at the same organization.
  • A maximum of eight (8) hours can be redeemed in any one day.
  • A minimum charge of two (2) hours onsite per day is required.
