Gold IT Support Scheduled Service Package
- This service requires clients to purchase an IT Business Support Contract.
- The IT Support Contract includes two (2) hours of onsite IT Support for any future need for any business need at any time.
- An Information Technology Specialist will contact you for details and to schedule the forty (40) hours of support.
- A service or support ticket will be created using information the buyer provides as the contact person.
- A support technician will arrive at a designated time at your location, and ask for the contact person prior to doing any onsite work.
- Within the stated limits these hours can be redeemed towards everyday (non-emergency) support or service request.
- This service is only redeemable within a 100 mile range within Los Angeles County, California.
- These hours are redeemable between the hours of 8 am PST and 4 pm PST Monday through Saturday (No Sundays).
- A maximum of eight (8) hours can be redeemed in any one day.
- A minimum charge of two (2) hours onsite per day is required.
