Both of these entities are collectively referred to as the (“Site”) throughout this document. This Site’s purpose is to provide and/or advertise the services offered by this organization, and your use of this website constitutes acceptance of this privacy policy.
What is personal data?
Personal data as defined by our Site, is not just created by a user’s interactions with this Site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds on this site.
This Site respects and protects your personal data as a visitor or client, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However some of features of our Site (known as plugins) may also collect personal data, specifically if you choose to make a purchase of services through this Site.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you visit our Site, and every 180 days after that, you are presented with an information banner across the top of our website page. You are asked to accept our privacy policy. You can also click on the link “Privacy Policy” to view this policy.
We use Google Analytics to collect statistics about each visitor to this Site, to determine how to best provide our services to customers and to provide the best overall experience to visitors using our Site. We use PayPal to process all payments made through our website. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. If you do not use a PayPal account to pay for services, you can use a credit card or debit card to process your payment through PayPal services.
We do not store credit card information on this Site. That information is processed and handled by PayPal. We do retain specific information to your purchase that does include additional information that is listed in your user profile on this Site.
Website Comments
Please note that if you choose to post any comments, you must first register your email address on this website. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Retention of comments. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
We reserve the right to delete, or otherwise moderate any comments (including the right to turn off) comments for any page or post made on our website at any time.
Website Media (images, videos)
Please note that if you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website could then attempt to download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Website Form Data
If you choose to create an account using your email address, you must complete our registration process which is done with the use of a contact form plugin. The contact form submissions and kept for one year after your last activity for customer service purposes. This Site does not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes with anyone not associated with this Site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. How long we retain your data
User Profile / Comments. For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. How we protect your data
For your protection, our Site uses a Secure Socket Layer ('SSL') certificate which certifies the identity of this website. Also note that if you choose to purchase services or support through this Site, your transaction will be processed through the PayPal website, which also uses a SSL certificate. You can check the validity of this Site’s SSL certificate by clicking on the certification badge at the bottom of any of our Site’s pages.
To minimize the risk to your personal information regarding purchases, we do not store any credit card numbers or other information other than your purchase ID and purchase details on this Site.
We limit the access to the customer information and user profile information stored on this site to only those personnel that are screened and their business role requires access to this information.
What data breach procedures we have in place
This Site has implemented a Disaster Recovery Plan ("DRP") that includes procedures to be done in the worse case scenario of a data breach. We also take industry standard precautions such as backups of data, enhanced security measures, etc. We have created documentation of procedures to include a predetermined notification that will be sent to our customers and registered users in the event of a data breach.
In the event of a data breach, when we are aware of the breach we will immediately restrict access to include the shutdown of this Site if necessary to protect the data and terminate the breach.

What third parties we receive data from
PayPal. This Site uses PayPal as the payment processor for any purchases made on this website. As such, when your purchase is processed, we receive information from Paypal regarding the item and amount of purchase, and other billing information. We do not receive any information regarding your credit card, debit card or other payment method used to make the purchase.
Google. This Site is a Veteran Led business and has a business profile created on Google MyBusiness, which includes a Google Maps listing. If you use Google Maps, or Google Search, this Site may receive information about your use of these two products, and therefore may appear in our Google Analytics information and data.
GoDaddy. This Site also uses GoDaddy for many services which may refer you to me through the GoDaddy ProConnect website.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
This Site does not currently use either of these technologies. If this changes, we will notify all users when this policy changes.
