Internet Services

ITSaS offers a range services to present your business on the Internet. Services include design, build, & hosting of your website, private domain registration, including standard website security. ITSaS VPN, SSL/TLS, secured DNS, and integration with Google Analytics and Tag Manager is also available.

A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an encrypted connection over the Internet from a device to a network.

A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate encrypts your data as it traverses the Internet. There is a newer version known as Transport Layer Security, and is more secure than SSL. Regardless of which is used, this allows your website to use HTTPS, versus the unsecure HTTP protocol.

I.T. Operations

ITSaS can help you connect employees across your locations. Additional services include onsite or cloud server and system administration, including deployment of web/cloud based applications. ITSaS will securely manage your data and information in the cloud or in your local datacenter.

I.T. Support

ITSaS provides desktop / device support, all brands. We offer desk side support services to you onsite and/or remotely based on your business needs. We can schedule daily or weekly visits, or only when you need help. ITSaS works with you to keep your employees productive and let you focus on other priorities.


Internet Services

Domain Services

We can put your business on the Internet. This begins with the search for, and purchase of a domain. With a domain your business can be reached on the Internet. Domain names link your business name or brand to your website. If your desired domain name is taken, choosing it with a different domain suffix might be an option, or you can offer to purchase it from the owner.

We strongly suggest implementation of an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to build trust with your customers, and the information they enter is secure when using your website. Using SSL requires a certificate issued by a valid authority, which also informs your visitor they are on a validated website, and that you care about securing their information submitted through your site.

To protect your personal information, it is ALWAYS recommended to purchase private registration when acquiring your domain, to hide your name, address, and email from the public WHOIS databases. This reduces exposure of your personal and company information, which is required to confirm ownership but will be hidden from easy public access. WITHOUT adding privacy, your information, including name, location /address, and emails of all three contacts: technical, administrative, and registered owner of the domain is open to anyone who using WHOIS to search your domain.

Website Hosting

When your domain is registered and secured, you can then use it to link visitors to a website. The website needs to be hosted somewhere. We offer web hosting packages based on your budget, expected traffic, and what you want to do with your website. Once your website is designed and built, you will need to find a place to store entered information such as orders, and to update your files when visitors interact with your website.

We offer many types of hosting, options include dedicated Virtual Private Servers, shared hosting, and managed WordPress hosting. Though you can find website hosting for free, you then allow the host to brand your website with their information somewhere on your website. With free or not, all website hosting requires some maintenance, security measures, and updates, which is done to prevent hackers and malicious attacks so we also have packages that include website backups, automatic updates and security.

Website Creation

Once your domain is active and you have secured hosting of your website content, you can now create a website to promote your business, sell your products, services, or to share information with your customers. We can do this with your input to incorporate your social media presence and build a website that meets your vision for your business goals. If keeping costs low interests you, choose a WordPress solution, and when your website is completed, we can turn over the continued content creation of your website content to you.

We can offer assistance with WordPress sites for customers that want more hands on creation and control of their website design process. WordPress was originally created for blogs. IT Operations

IT Maintenance Contract

All of the services below are performed as needed after an initial onsite visit is made and your systems reviewed for proper operations. At that point, an Information Technology Maintenance contract is created and is paid monthly for our services provided to you. Any new or major changes to your operations would require a reassessment and could reduce or increase the cost of maintenance for your business. Because it is critical to your business, these services are paid in advance, packaged into a monthly cost, and invoiced each month. Full payment is expected by the END of the previous month, and for this reason, the cost of services is billed two weeks prior to the first day of that month. Generally you are billed for payment on the 15th, with it due before the 1st of the month that maintenance services are provided.

Systems Administration

We can handle your system administration needs whether your system is Windows or Linux based servers. We can deploy and manage your servers onsite or through secured remote access so you can focus on running your business. We offer complete user administration and self-help.

Data Networks

We can create high speed data networks in your home or office. We offer complete solutions that include cabling, certification and deployment and configuration of routers and firewalls to secure your data and network. We can also provide complete network administration if required, to keep your networks operational and secured.

Secure Wireless

Most wireless networks in public areas are insecure and put your data and information at risk. We will deploy secured wireless networks in your home or office and can limit who and what devices can connect. We will make sure you have complete coverage in your home or business.

Virtualization Services

Many businesses do not want to maintain hardware onsite and choose instead to outsource their applications and data to cloud services. If this is your choice, we can assist with Amazon, Google, or Microsoft cloud and virtualization services.

Data Management

SQL databases hold your business information and we can help you with the administration, upgrade, and maintenance of your valuable business data. We offer backup and recovery services for your SQL databases and your valuable business data files.

IT Support

Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract

All of our Information Technology support is provided under a Service Level Agreement. This means that you define what services and support you want us to provide your company, under what conditions we take action, and how often we are onsite or available to provide support. All of this information is placed into an Information Technology Support contract. Then when and if we provide you services under that contract, we will invoice you for services rendered. These invoices are created each week work is provided, and are typically due payment within 7 calendar days. An hourly rate is negotiated for these services and each week a new log of services provided is created and attached to our invoice for your review.

Asset Management

We offer serialization and control of company assets including all technology devices and software licensing. We can inventory and identify what devices are on your network and track who is using what device and what is on that device to insure compliance. Keeping track of your company assets can be overlooked when someone leaves the company. We can help establish an exit procedure that includes asset accountability and control.

It is also important to control what is being installed on your systems and who is doing it. With an inventory control application, you gain control of what is installed on your systems and network. This avoids illegal software and maintains a uniform installation on all systems on your local network and/or connecting remotely to your network.

User Administration

We offer more than just creation of user accounts. We will train your employees on basic security and setup good security measures to keep your data and network safe. We will recommend procedures to make sure there are no unknown accounts in use on your network. If your business has Human Resources staff or not, we can integrate our procedures and training to comply with all business requirements.

Help Desk and Virus Protection

We offer onsite desk side support services which includes a ticketing system that gives you complete visibility into what services are being provided to you and/or your employees through reports that give you insight and useful information regarding the details of support issues we have resolved.

We recommend a cloud based application that comes with reporting and real-time notifications of prevented attempts to corrupt your systems.

Remote Assistance

When onsite visits are not needed or possible, we also offer remote assistance via secure connection. Or, for an additional cost, we can provide phone support to assist you with step-by-step directions to resolves issues when using remote connectivity is not possible or available.

Cloud Applications

We can provide user training and application support for all of your mission critical software, whether it is installed on your local server or somewhere in the cloud. We can also provide assistance with cloud based applications or if you chose to host your application locally.
